These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudLeopard VPN application and related services.

Welcome to CloudLeopard VPN (hereinafter referred to as the "App", "Service", "we", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

CloudLeopard provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that enables users to:

• Establish secure, encrypted connections to the internet;
• Access servers located in various countries and regions;
• Protect online privacy and enhance network security;
• Enjoy fast and stable network acceleration services.

The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using CloudLeopard, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• You are not located in a country where the use of VPN services is prohibited.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others;
• Transfer or sell your account to another person;
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Service;
• Use another person's account without their permission.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

CloudLeopard offers various subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly). Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are displayed in the App before purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Payment terms are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price, unless otherwise notified.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device;
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions";
3. Find CloudLeopard and tap "Cancel Subscription";
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com .

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods, not to the current subscription term.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use CloudLeopard to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of malware;
• Transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
• Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited communications;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service.

5.1 Legal Compliance

CloudLeopard is operated from Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia, as well as the laws and regulations of the country or region in which you are located or access the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, you must not use the Service to access, transmit, or distribute any content or services that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to online gambling where prohibited, fraud or scam services, child sexual abuse material, or content that may incite racial or religious hatred or violence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software), is owned by CloudLeopard or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App;
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable;
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected;
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

VPN connection quality may be affected by various factors, including your internet connection, network congestion, server load, and geographic distance. We do not guarantee specific connection speeds or uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUDLEOPARD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, unless a higher limitation is required by mandatory applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudLeopard and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights;
• Any content you transmit through the Service.

10. Service Changes and Termination

10.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease;
• We may delete your account and any associated data, subject to applicable law;
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

CloudLeopard is operated from Malaysia. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer and reside in a country other than Malaysia, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence to bring claims before other competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you through prominent in-App notices or other reasonable means;
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document;
• Where required by law, obtain your renewed consent.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
