Check the block indicator and destination
Chrome can block pop-ups and show an address-bar indicator. Verify that the blocked destination belongs to the official service you intended to use. Do not enable pop-ups for every website just because a page asks. Pop-ups and site notifications are separate permissions.
Run one test for a trusted site
- Record the page, button and browser indicator with account and order details redacted.
- If a blocked-window icon appears, inspect the listed link and verify its domain before opening it.
- If permission is needed regularly, allow pop-ups and redirects for that site only in Chrome site settings.
- Retry once. For payments, check whether an order or payment already exists before submitting again.
- If this does not help, restore the permission and inspect script or network errors rather than assuming every failure is a pop-up block.
No new window does not mean no submission
This guide does not assume every Yunbao link uses a pop-up. Ordinary downloads, security blocks, script failures and server errors need different checks. Stop and verify with official support if a link leads to an unfamiliar payment destination or asks for an unknown extension.
