Memory saving differs from network connectivity
Chrome desktop documents deactivating unused tabs in Memory Saver, reloading on return and keeping selected sites active. Do not apply these desktop menus to phones or assume every reload has this cause.
Save work before a one-site comparison
- Save forms or drafts and test a page without payments, uploads or other important tasks.
- Keep device, network, route and waiting period fixed and note when you leave and return.
- Review Memory Saver in Chrome Performance and, if needed, temporarily keep only the test site active.
- Repeat the same wait and compare reload behavior; remove an unnecessary exception afterwards instead of exempting every site.
- If active pages also fail or the client disconnects, investigate connectivity separately. For lost page state alone, report reproduction steps to the site or browser support.
A comparison is not a stability certification
A tab no longer reloading indicates an effect on that observation, not proof the VPN never disconnected or a guarantee of draft preservation. Record Yunbao state, page behavior and time separately.
