Identify the program actually opened
Microsoft provides the Windows 11 Installed apps list for checking installation entries. It does not guarantee a complete version for every app. Use an About or version entry only if present in the actual Yunbao interface.
Record three kinds of evidence
- Open the client normally used and record its title or an available version page with account details redacted.
- Find its installed-app entry. If multiple similar entries exist, record each name and version without mass removal.
- If needed, inspect the shortcut target and that executable properties; report absent version fields as absent rather than using the installer name as proof.
- Keep OS version, displayed client version and program path separate and redact usernames from paths.
- For an update, verify the current official download entry and account recovery first. A larger number does not justify installing an unfamiliar file or deleting the working app.
Version numbers do not verify behavior
A displayed version may not distinguish every installer, and a request-reported version may differ from an interface field. Report evidence and error time. This guide does not declare a latest Yunbao release or mandatory update policy.
