Install, sign in and test
- Open the completed installer and follow its location prompts.
- Launch Yunbao after installation and read the account instructions.
- Choose a route and connect using the controls provided by the app.
- Check a familiar webpage and your usual network applications.
- When needed, compare the same service while disconnected to identify whether a particular route is involved.
Do not guess manual Windows VPN settings
Windows can create VPN profiles, but manual setup requires the server address, VPN type and sign-in method supplied by the provider. An app’s route label is not necessarily a server address. Do not copy protocols, ports or certificate details from another product’s tutorial.
If only the PC has a problem
Compare another device on the same network, then check whether the PC can reach usual services directly. Look for another active VPN or leftover proxy settings.
