Arrange one comparison for the error
For a name error, verify spelling and try another known domain. For a timeout, compare the same URL on another network. For a network change, wait for stability and reload. Change one condition at a time and record whether all sites fail; avoid simultaneous DNS, protocol and route changes.
Provide reproducible information
